WSR – May Tasting – “Loire”

It has been some time since posting on this blog and have tasted some great wines in the past few months.  This tasting was particularly good and made me realize why I love this region so much.  The wine quality coming from this region is wonderful and the taste of the earthiness, fruit, acitity and minerals really come through on thes wines.  These wines all are good with food and maybe John can recall what we had with them that night.  Cheeses, Tai food, and fish would be particularly good pairings.
